  1. While a new entity is the plus-size universe is nice, quality matters. It's not enough for a magazine to be "edgy." It needs to have sufficiently high production values to look and feel legitimate. The old Skorch was somewhat lacking in photography, model choice, and page design. I just hope that the new Skoch will have higher production values, so it won't feel second-rate compared to Vogue and Elle and all of the other magazines that are out there for skinny girls.
